system.  A Video Job Analysis program is being implemented to assist local medical providers to determine disability and other re-integrating efforts for returning military.

Concentra prior to the Coventry takeover, took
the next step for Brian and Digital Job Analysis by pursuing solutions to
educate and implement to their medical provider networks the innovations from their field case management division.  Giant AIG before their  meltdown, became the first insurer to see the potential in the electronic medical record initiatives
Brian takes the new stakeholder in Boeing's Video Job Analysis program for a smooth transition to the new technology demanding skill sets needed of their case management division. This outreach effort utilizing a simple video was a testimomy of the tools realizing a ROI not measured in prior outcome reports .

CIRPD and ACOEM was the next key focus for the identification of high quality research evidence that if VJA was implemented into policy and practice, would it improve clinical outcomes and prevent disability for injured workers with musculosketal disorders and chronic pain?  Video JA then developed a goal to identify potential system-based and policy solutions to support evidence-based clinical practice, and congruent evidence-informed claims and human resource processes.
